Rainbostar LLC ("Rainbostar", "we", "us" or "our") sells, measures and installs window blinds and other window coverings for homes, offices, hospitals and other buildings in Ohio. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, ask for an appointment, buy from us, or have us come to your property. It also explains how we use that information, who we share it with, and what choices you have. Please read it carefully. By using our website or asking us for a quote, an appointment or a product, you agree to what is written here.

The information we collect from you

When you fill in the appointment request form on our website, we ask you for your name, your phone number, your email address, the address of the property where the blinds will go, the date you would prefer for the appointment, the type of blinds you are interested in, and any extra message you want to send us. We need this information so we can call you back, plan the visit and give you a price.

If you buy a product from us or place an order through the website, we also collect your billing address, your delivery address and details about your order, such as the sizes, colours and quantities you chose. Payment card details are entered on a secure payment page and are handled by our payment provider, not by us. We do not see or store your full card number.

Stopping marketing messages does not stop the messages we need to send you about an order or an appointment you already booked.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies and people who help us run the business, and only as much as they need. This includes Shopify, which hosts our online store; our payment provider, which processes your card payment; our suppliers and manufacturers, who make the blinds to your measurements; our delivery and courier partners; any independent installers or subcontractors who carry out work for us; and our email, text message and marketing tools.
